Problem
Before acquisition negotiations, each potential asset requires an initial screening.
The analytics team is overloaded, checks take too long, and the human factor affects data reliability, speed, and objectivity of assessment.
Solution
We built a web solution with flexible configuration tailored to the fund’s processes and the analysis region.
AI models and algorithms analyze the uploaded document package, enrich it with additional data from open sources, and generate a structured report with potential risks, advantages, and scoring points for each criterion.
